Acorda Therapeutics
Acorda Therapeutics was a biotechnology company founded in 1995 by Ron Cohen and last headquartered in Pearl River, New York. It developed and commercialized neurology treatments, including INBRIJA for Parkinson's disease and AMPYRA for multiple sclerosis. It sold substantially all of its assets to Merz Therapeutics in July 2024 and entered a confirmed Chapter 11 liquidation plan in August 2024.
