BaroFold

BaroFold was a Colorado biopharmaceutical technology company whose patented PreEMT high-pressure refolding process raised the yield and lowered the cost of manufacturing protein therapeutics, sold through licensing and contract services rather than as a drug pipeline. Pressure BioSciences acquired all of its assets in December 2017 and still markets the technology under the BaroFold name.
