Inscripta
Inscripta is a genome-engineering and biomanufacturing technology company founded in 2015 as Muse Biotechnology, a University of Colorado Boulder spinout. It was previously headquartered in Boulder, Colorado, United States. It developed the Onyx digital genome-engineering platform, the MAD7 CRISPR nuclease and the GenoScaler microbial strain-engineering platform. In April 2025 it merged with Manus Bio, and the combined business operates as Manus.
