Nomad Power Solutions designs, manufactures and deploys transportable, utility-grade battery energy storage systems through its wholly owned subsidiary NOMAD Transportable Power Systems. Its main product line is the Voyager platform: three trailer-mounted, 480-volt lithium iron phosphate configurations, Voyager Eagle, Voyager Falcon and Voyager Hawk, each designed to be delivered to a site and put into service in under an hour. Customers are electric utilities and cooperatives, data centre and industrial operators, government agencies and remote communities. The company was Lixte Biotechnology Holdings until a reverse merger with NOMAD closed on 1 July 2026, was renamed effective 3 July 2026 and moved from the Nasdaq ticker LIXT to NMAD on 6 July 2026; it still holds its predecessor's oncology and proton-therapy assets, including the PP2A inhibitor LB-100, which it has said it intends to evaluate for disposal.
