Ouro Medicines, formerly Ouroboros Medicines, is an immunology biotechnology company developing immune-reset treatments for chronic immune-mediated diseases. Its portfolio includes the investigational BCMAxCD3 T-cell engager gamgertamig (OM336). Gilead acquired Ouro in June 2026, and substantially all of its team and operational assets subsequently became part of Lakefront Biotherapeutics.
